It goes without saying paying your bills on time will increase your credit score. However, not everyone is able to pay on time every month. That’s why I suggest setting a realistic goal and giving your self enough time to achieve it. First categorize your credit card debt from the highest interest rate to the lowest interest rate. Remember, to increase your credit score you do not necessarily need to pay off all your credit card debt, you just need to reduce the balance owed on it. After categorizing your credit card debt one through …. Set a budget and pay as high amount of the balance of the number one credit card and reduce the balance owed on it by 50% then move to the second credit card. This process should be continued until you have done this on every credit card. It is more beneficial for you to pay the highest interest credit card first and reduce the balance owed as close as you can get to the 50% mark before moving to the next credit card. This simple practice can increase your credit score.

I know you guys specialize in bad credit. However I have fairly good credit and was reffered to you by a good friend who had a good experience I was recently approved through my credit union…do you guys ONLY deal with people that have bad credit? And if I go through you am I going to get a high interest rate???

I just bought a car through you guys and honestly, had a really great experience. I hate car shopping but everyone was very nice. I even brought my kids and the other car salesmen helped keep them calm in the play area. A friend of mine wants to buy a car and someone said something about referal money or taking care of a car payment. I’m a little confused. I would love my car payments to be made! How do I go about doing that?
Thanks again!

I am so glad you had a great experience. We try to make the car buying experience as quick, easy, and painless as possible. If you refer a customer to us, we will send you a check in the amount of your car payment up to $500. If you do not have a car payment, we will send you a check for $300. Just have your friends bring in a referral card when they come in. You can also have them contact us online at http://www.dicksaysyes.com or call 866-YESONLY. Casey,
The credit clinic is for people with all types of credit. It is mainly to educate the public on how credit works, what strategies you can take to either improve your credit or maintain a good credit score. We just recently had one and have not yet set up another date. Would you like me to put you on the list?
Thank you,

Identify theft is becomeing more and more problomatic with people. Students are at a hight risk. Many students have not checked their credit reports and have no idea what is on them. Many of the colleges have changed to remove the SSN from their college ID’s; however, many still use them. All you need is a name and a SSN and you are on your way to getting a credit card or a loan. So if there are any students out there check your credit reports carefully and BE CAREFUL,
